Freshly painted living room in white with new LVP flooring, Littleton CO

Interior painting, done right the first time

Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and the drywall repair that has to happen before any of it. Diego preps like the prep is the job, because it is. Clean lines, even coverage, no drips, and a house you can live in while the work happens.

What's included

  • Furniture moved to the center and covered; floors and fixtures masked

  • Nail holes, dings, and cracks patched; texture matched so the repair disappears

  • Caulk at trim, baseboards, and corners

  • Primer where it is needed: new drywall, stains, dark-to-light changes

  • Two finish coats, cut in by hand at ceilings and trim

  • Cleanup every evening and a final walk-through with you

The details that make it last

Holes from a doorknob, a cracked seam, a patch from a plumber that never got textured. Diego repairs it, matches the texture (orange peel and knockdown are the Denver standards), and paints it so you cannot find it later. Small repairs ride along with a paint job; larger ones get quoted on their own.

Ceilings are where cheap paint jobs show. Diego cuts the ceiling line by hand, not with tape, and paints trim and doors in a durable enamel that wipes clean. Popcorn ceilings: he removes them too. Scraped, skim-coated, textured to match or left smooth, then painted.

Diego recommends the paint for the job and the quote includes it. Already bought your own? Ask. He takes it case by case depending on the product, and he will tell you up front if it is not the right paint for the surface.

Good to know

A single room is usually a day. A full main level with ceilings and trim runs several days. The quote includes a start date and a finish date.

How long does it take?

1

No. We work room by room, keep the dust contained and clean up at the end of every day, so you can live in the house while the work gets done.

Do I need to move out?

2

Yes. Bring your ideas or let us suggest a few options. We put test patches on the wall so you can see the color in your own light before we commit.

Will you help with colors?

3

How is the price figured?

4

By room and by surface, after a free walk-through. The quote you get is the price you pay unless you add to the job.
